All allowances shall not exceed 50 per cent
The new labor law stipulates that all allowances, including inflation, travel and rental housing allowances, should not exceed 50 per cent of the total. Your CTC should not exceed 20 thousand rupees.
Basic salary will increase
According to the new rules, the share of basic salary in your CTC should be 50% or more. If the basic salary in your salary details is less than 50 per cent, it will change soon. Your CTC will increase as the new rules take effect.
Will give less celery in hand
Under the new law, take home salary can be reduced. Because when the basic salary is up to 50 per cent, 12 + 12 = 24 per cent will go to your account.
PF will increase
As a rule, 12% of your basic salary is credited to PF. The 50 per cent contribution of the original selling CTC will also increase. If your CTC is 20 thousand rupees then 10 thousand will be the basic salary and 12 percent i.e. 1200 rupees will go to the PF account.
